Lisa Peskin has more than 20 years experience in sales performance and management. Throughout her career, she has developed an award-winning reputation as a motivational and results-oriented sales professional. Under her engaging leadership, Lisa helps businesses and individuals drive sales revenues and helps owners to staff and cultivate top performers in a dynamic team-selling environment.
Through sales training, just-in-time support and succession planning, her programs center on cultivating talent and demonstrating the ROI impact that sales can have on a company’s bottom line. This approach has earned her Team of the Year, Region of the Year and nine President’s Club awards within the companies she has worked. And most recently as Vice President of Sales for Automatic Data Processing (ADP), Lisa was instrumental in developing and coaching many of the company’s strongest leaders.
Lisa is an excellent facilitator and customizes her sales curricula to the goals of the organization, dynamics of the sales team and caliber of the individuals in the program. Her energy and enthusiasm guarantee training that is fun, interactive and effective. She has created multiple sales, marketing and management programs that have helped to streamline and re-engineer corporate processes while bolstering sales.
Lisa received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA in Marketing from Temple University. Lisa resides in Upper Dublin, PA and is married with two children.

With over 20 years in business development, script and process development and sales training, Brynne is the Founder and President of Contact Point Networking Group and President of Linked User Group. She has created and taught lead generation and client acquisition programs for many companies, including Dun and Bradstreet, Progress Leasing, Kinko’s and Vantage Point Bank.
Brynne is a natural networker whose passion is connecting businesses to help grow local commerce. Her primary focus is coaching sales teams, non-selling professionals who are responsible for client acquisition, and small business owners to develop their sales and networking plan, strategies, implementation and measuring process.
Through the BDU Programs, Brynne helps clients reach their short and long term goals.
Brynne also teaches prospecting through social networking, business-to-business networking and creation of a warm referral program. She has many committee obligations with local organizations, including business alliances and chambers of commerce. Brynne also promotes small businesses and entrepreneurs by assisting them in marketing opportunities and helping them maximize their personal network.
Brynne resides in Lower Gwynedd, PA and she and her husband have 5 wonderful children!

Chad O’Kane, Vice President of Business Development

Chad O’Kane brings a unique perspective to BDU, having worked in business development in corporate and entrepreneurial settings, and having taught in a formal higher education setting.
Chad co-founded and built a successful boutique construction business that focused on high net-worth residential and commercial prospects. In eight years, Chad helped build the business to over $2 million in annual revenue and 18 employees, during which time he oversaw the sales and marketing department, as well as the back-end, administrative processes of the business.
In 2009, Chad sold the business, and returned to graduate school full time. During his time in graduate school, as a fully-funded graduate assistant, Chad was afforded the opportunity to teach a variety of courses, including Interpersonal Communication, Political Communication and Public Speaking. Chad is an excellent facilitator and coach, and is equally comfortable working one-on-one with clients, or with large groups in more formal classroom settings.
Chad received a Bachelor’s degree in Media Arts and Design from James Madison University, and a Master’s degree in Communication from Virginia Tech. Chad resides in Narberth, PA, and is married with two young children.

Bryn Bowersock, Sales Consultant

Bryn Bowersock joined BDU with over 15 years of sales and customer service experience. She worked for a savings and loan institution in a vast number of responsibilities including implementing customer service programs for both consumers and businesses.
Bryn then spent Years working with an international sales organization where she was a personal producer and oversaw a sales team. Her passion is helping her clients Identify their professional needs, providing them with solutions and supporting them throughout the process.
Bryn has 2 boys, Alex and Nick and resides in the Horsham area.

Anthony is a result – driven Business Development & Marketing professional with over 19 years experience in diverse business areas. He is a strategic, conceptual thinker, and award winning, over-achiever with strong business relationship building talent. Anthony has a broad set of business skills that include how to successfully prospect for new clients, coach and train sales teams, and build fundraising campaigns for non-profit organizations. Some of the companies he has helped include Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Work Incorporated, Fidelity Investments, and EMD Serono.
Anthony holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration and is working on his MSM from Eastern Nazarene College.
Anthony resides in Pembroke, Massachusetts with his wife and 5 children. He enjoys finding new ways to increase his client’s business portfolio and market presence.

Mary Ann DeSantis has over 20 years experience in sales and marketing; and managing, training and coaching sales professionals, building successful sales teams, developing marketing strategies, relationship building and business development.
Mary Ann’s concentration has been in the real estate arena, and she has worked with national and independent new home builders, realtor offices and mortgage companies. She has been a divisional sales and marketing manager for NVR/Ryan Homes, Sales Consultant for Westrum Development, recently worked with Heritage Homes Group, and has also worked with Charter Financial Group.
Mary Ann has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and resides in Lafayette Hill, PA. She enjoys traveling, golf and riding her bike.

Stefanie Clyman Rosenfeld has worked in all aspects of sales, sales management, coaching and sales training since 1992. Stefanie is an enthusiastic, creative professional who is focused on helping her clients identify and reach beyond their goals to achieve success.
Following her graduation from Drexel University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Neuropsychology, Stefanie began her career in sales and sales training at Automatic Data Processing (ADP), where she was promoted through the ranks from District Manager to Regional Training Manager and finally Regional Sales Manager, responsible for the New Jersey Sales Office. Stefanie built and ran a team that ultimately rose to third in sales nationwide for the entire organization. Following that, Stefanie spent several years at Gartner Group, where she quickly rose to become Account Executive, responsible for sales at the company’s twelve largest accounts in the Philadelphia region, focused on extending the account deeper into the client organization through relationship building, networking, and client management.
After leaving Gartner Group, Stefanie spent several years providing sales training and coaching for individuals and companies looking to improve their target analysis and prospecting, presentation skills, goal setting, motivational selling, time management, objection handling, and closing execution.
Stefanie resides in Rydal, PA with her two children. She is an avid outdoors person, enjoys the arts and Yoga, and is heavily involved in her community and charitable organizations.

Heather Howard Eisenmann joins us with over 17 years of successful sales and sales leadership working for both Fortune 500 companies and in entrepreneurial roles. Heather is a dynamic, motivational leader and coach with a proven track record of success and revenue growth.
As Heather began her career at Automatic Data Processing (ADP), she honed her sales skills and moved into leadership roles with a history of consistently performing in the top 10 percent year after year. Through effective hiring, training, coaching and mentoring, she built a strong career influencing other’s success and delivering top tier results. After capping off 11 years at ADP in an executive role, she moved into an entrepreneurial role as Vice President, Sales at Ivus Technical Services. This provided an opportunity to build a sales force and program from inception leveraging the leadership, coaching and sales processing skills acquired over her career.
Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree as well as a Business Minor from Villanova University.
After enjoying time raising her family, she is excited to join Business Development University and continue helping others realize their sales goals. She currently lives in Pembroke, Massachusetts with her husband Phil, and their three children.
