Lisè is a seasoned training and organizational development professional that has successfully initiated numerous sales, leadership development, management development, and customer service programs and has delivered training to over 30,000 employees and managers nationwide. Her style of facilitation is well suited to management training, coaching leaders and enabling improved performance especially during times of change and transition. Over the past few years Ms. Schwartz has been training for clients in the financial, pharmaceutical, government, telecommunications, public utilities, medical, retail and non-profit industries. She also teaches at the BCCC Center for Workforce Development.
Formerly, she spent over 20 years in Fortune 500 companies spearheading business development through training, communications, coaching and the innovative use of media. She has helped companies make changes to propel cultural transformations, improve productivity, increase sales and retention, and achieve seamless transitions in major merger and acquisition environments. An award winning producer and director, Ms. Schwartz was the Training Director for Bank of America (formerly Fleet Bank) and was the Director of Organizational Development at Medco, launching the very first Leadership Development program there.
